Mary Ellen Jasper Cabochon, Shield Shape, Red and White

I cut this beautiful cabochon from Minnesota Mary Ellen jasper. It's in a top domed shield shape. All sides are polished. This has some nice white markings which are more rare in Mary Ellen.  

This stone measures: .77 H x .46 W x .18 thickness in inches or 19.5 x 12.5 x 4.7 in mm

Stone cabochons can have natural imperfections. I work to limit or eliminate them in the stones I cut but you should keep in mind that natural stones are seldom perfect.
