Collection: Fire Agate

Imagine the color play of a fine opal with the incredible durability of agate. That's what you get in a fire agate. These agates are found from Arizona through New Mexico into Mexico. Fire agates have color play like opal (flash) when moved in the light. They are white to deep brown in color. The most common color flash is orange but they can also have blue, purple, green and red. We make fire agate necklaces, fire agate rings, and at times fire agate earrings. Fire agates are gaining in popularity and are considered valuable with multicolored flash in a nice stone increasing the stones value. Stones with features that appear to be bubbles within them are also highly collectible.
